We can say with confidence that MOST orders will arrive to you within 5-7 days and usually sooner. If there are special circumstances, or longer than usual shipping expected, we'll let you know right away.

As a rule, all in-stock orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. If your order is not shipped immediately, relax! We'll be sure you get your order within the timeframe you chose at checkout. We'll even spring for overnight shipping if that's the only way.
Please note that we don't ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays. Orders placed on weekends and after 1 PM EST on weekdays will not ship until the next business day.
As of right now, Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.

There's just one catch. You have to pay for shipping costs.
The reason is, customs and import fees are different everywhere. They are challenging to predict and can often vary from month to month or even week to week.
Still, we believe you shouldn't be penalized for living out side the US. That would be silly. So we promise we'll work to get you the best shipping rate possible.
Nothing complicated here. You have 30 days - from the date of delivery - to return clearly unused items for a full refund, no questions asked. Beyond that, we'll treat all returns on a case-by-case basis, for a year. All we ask is for us to treat each other fairly.
One thing we don't refund is shipping costs. We will also have you pay for the shipping to get back to us. We are a small shop and if we refunded shipping and paid for return shipping, we'd go broke. We hope you understand.
If you choose to return an item for an in-store gift card, we'll add 5% to your return total.
