This Brazilian natural style coffee is pulped natural, which means only the skin is removed from the coffee cherry upon harvest. This leaves the the fruity pulp - or mucilage - still on the inner bean during drying.

This natural drying process creates notoriously smooth roasts, and a cup of coffee that tastes like you just woke up to the see breeze in Rio.
